Example config for setting up step-ca as a registration authority for the GCP Certificate Authority Service. Not sure if we need a code change for this or its already supported after #62 (based on issue). cc @estenrye
Why this is needed
There is a GCP marketplace offering by smallstep for supporting this usecase. A helm chart config to set it up seems like a natural follow up to have
