Currently when crawling, we set the group name in the fake log for later consumption by other tools (like Cumulus ETL).
But when doing a bulk export, should we do that too? It would mean kind of mutating the valid export log into a fake one - the URL we would be writing wouldn't be valid anymore. But that might be worth it.
We could stuff the nickname in a custom kickoff field - like we put the software name / version. And then have the ETL read that.
Something to consider. Would mean passing the nickname down in the export flow and adding the parameter to the CLI for bulk (and then passing it down).
ALTERNATIVELY: take out --group-nickname altogether? It's kind of a weird concept (mostly done for the benefit of Cumulus ETL, and the ETL can fake this itself on that side with --export-group)
