Fix ABI imports using build-time compiled json

Improve the JSON ABI importing strategy. Currently it is a mix of two strategies that add toil to maintaining the ABIs in this package.

I got the same issue when using in our nestjs typescript:

I found the issue. The library does not support CommonJS projects, so the problem is with the import. By the way, can we expose a function to build the raw transaction?
