Wrong instructions

Your instructions in the READE.md are wrong:

1. This git clone https://github.com/PatrickAlphaC/chainlink-mix will get you an older version. Instead, it should be https://github.com/smartcontractkit/chainlink-mix.git

2. This also gives you an older version of chainlink not chainlink-mix:

   brownie bake chainlink-mix
   cd chainlink-mix
   pip install -r requirements.txt
