Reason/Context
It would be interesting to check the different runtime values when metrics collection are enabled or disabled, so that the user has some information in order to decide about enabling or disabling the metrics collection.
Description
- Scenario 1 - Metrics ENABLED: Measure runtime values for different commands executions, when metrics collection enabled.
- Scenario 2 - Metrics DISABLED: Measure runtime values for different commands executions, when metrics collection disabled.
- Evaluate the difference between the different scenarios.
