Phoenix 1.6/1.7 support

We are in the process of upgrading our Phoenix project from version 1.5 to 1.6, with plans to further upgrade to 1.7. As part of this transition, we need to update several dependencies, including phoenix_html. However, we're currently blocked because Coherence's dependencies haven't been updated to support the newer versions of phoenix_html.

Are there any plans in updating the dependencies and if not, can we open a PR that sorts that out? Asking as there are a couple of PRs open which haven't been merged or looked at.

@abpaul I did it time ago, if that's useful for you, you can find it in github.com/dymmer-code/coherence there's a branch specifically for Phoenix 1.5 and another one for Phoenix 1.7.

I published my branch with changes because I needed it for a project (you can see it here ) I was involved, BUT my following effort was focused on removing coherence and use phx_auth and implement everything by myself in the project, because, I have to recognise, this code isn't beautiful.

When you use parasite dependencies, that are dependencies you need to use and perform something similar like a lock-in vendor, it's merging with your code, with your business logic and this is bad, this is really bad, so I recommend you DON'T USE THIS LIBRARY AT ALL. It was abandoned time ago and it's not going to be updated further. It's better to stick with the official things like phx_auth instead.
