Any tips on merging the multiple worktrees back into a local branch that I can interact and test?

I'm currently running Claude Squad in ~5 parallel agents. Ideally I can merge these worktrees (one at a time or all at once) into a local development branch to test against prior to pushing to Github. Is there an easy way to do this?

Running checkout (c) and checking the branch out works, but if and when there are issues on that work tree, I run into this issue #103.

I'm using version 1.0.12 and have a similar issue.
I pressed c to checkout while working, but for some reason, the workspace deletion failed.
Afterwards, the session was still active, but the worktree wasn't deleted. All the source files in the worktree were gone, and the workspace wouldn't resume.

Fortunately, the commit was still in place, so I was able to recover the source.

After examining the source code being checked out, it seems like the workspace doesn't change to paused if the deletion fails. Is this a bug? Or am I misusing the checkout feature?

After testing, it appears that the .DS_Store file created in the worktree directory remains, preventing the worktree from being deleted during checkout. After deleting the .DS_Store file and performing checkout, the process paused and resumed successfully.
