Checkout → Resume is losing chat history and context

Not sure if this is a bug or intentional

When I checkout a worktree to view and test changes then resume this worktree in Claude Squade, the chat history is lost along with its context, starting on this worktree with a fresh state.

Ideally I could jump back into the Claude Code chat, resuming where it was prior to checking out.

I think this is the same issue I'm seeing as well.

Looks like this ticket was labeled as enhancement. So I assume it's not implemented yet, but may be in the future!
