How do I debug this problem?

TL:DR added some hooks to the .claude and now CS won't load tmux correctly

I encountered the same issue, and here is my workaround:

• Press c to check out, then wait a bit
• Press r to resume
• Press enter or o to open the session, and then type /resume to select the last conversation and continue.
