A Strobing Effect Approx Once Per Second

So Sonic has been working beautifully for me. I really like it a lot. Today however, I noticed in a video I was rendering that about once per second, the screen brightens up like a small strobe light is flashing. Google Gemini suggested as a fix that I reduce the dynamic scale on the Sonic Sampler node from 1 to either 0.7 or 0.8. I tried both and yet it's still happening. Inference steps are 25, fps 25, and so far I've tried 3 seconds, 5 seconds, 13 seconds. It happens on everything I've attempted. Does anyone know of a fix?
