Move test data from this repo to agency specific modules

• pretty-print the test data here using style sheets attached to the test (see also Attach styles to tests using <?xml-stylesheet...?> #54; the referenced style sheets may live in the module repo itself or in http://daisy.github.io/pipeline/css/)
• execute the test both here (if possible) and in the agency specific module
