Script to transfer symbols between symbols.txt and Ghidra #289

Right now, now if a function or label is renamed, it must also be manually renamed it in ghidra. Likewise, when renaming functions in ghidra, those functions don't appear in this repo and therefore don't show up in objdiff or decomp.dev.
I have a wip that does this, but it needs some fleshing out and testing. It is based on robojumper's script for skyward sword which includes more features, like tracking the history of every rename in a ghidra comment. I didn't include that because I felt it was reduntant, as one can simple search the git history. also, i didnt want to implement it because it looks complicated.
