Problem with OGB papers download

Hello, I am facing an issue to download the OGB-papers dataset since it always stucks at 50Gb, I have checked some previous issues and I can see that this issue was closed. However I can see that the problem still persists and clearly it is not a storage issue but rather a network issue related to ogb servers.
PS. I am using the latest version of ogb 1.3.6
