Add Support to GEPA Optimizer into Optimas.

Optimas already supports MIPRO, COPRO but lack recent release of the of GEPA.

Addition of the GEPA Optimizer would add value to Optimas. It's fairly straightforward to draft the PR to add support for the GEPA into Optimas looking at the code but want to discuss before going ahead with PR.

I have embraced the Optimas into SuperOptiX and blog need more optimizers.

I am happy to contribute to this project as this align with SuperOptiX values, mission and vision. This is exactly what I looking for since long for AI Optimization.
