Add an option to hide proposals of subspace in main space, but still show subspace in sidebar

What is the expected solution?

• Option in the settings page to hide proposals (maybe in hub too)
• Don't show subspace's proposals in the main space when the above option is enabled

Wouldn't it be better to let the user decide and show a filter option of the proposals page? @ChaituVR

I think we should have both options :) some space owners don't want to display their subspace's proposals in main space but still want to have that link between them
