feat: integrate Web3 Avatar as fallback resolver

Currently we support Blockies and Jazzicon as fallback resolver, we should also support Web3 Avatar, see https://web3-avatar.netlify.app/

This is build with CSS and not Canvas.

But not sure yet how to turn this into an image. Does it need to be replicated with canvas?

Was able to do that but not perfectly. I'd rather learn about how urgent this feature is and postpone it / keep it in the backlog.
