get pdsls to verify our records

@notjuliet's awesome https://pds.ls/ has always complained that it can't verify our (atproto.brid.gy's) records. I finally started looking into that today. I wasn't including the repo head commit in the com.atproto.sync.getRecord output, so I added that, but no luck.

I then set the CAR root CID to the head commit instead of the record, and now pdsls says "Record verification: could not find record in car." Hrm.

Huh. It's verifying happily now! So adding the commit or changing the CAR root fixed it, and maybe it was just stuck on cached data?
