AP: support for bridging top-level Video objects (eg PeerTube)

PeerTube uses a special ActivityPub flavor that BF is currently incompatible with. There are several ATProto based video sites popping up (e.g. SkyTube) and I think it might be worthwhile to have proper PeerTube video bridging if only because of that.
