AP: bridged bluesky posts have incorrect quotations

Currently, the "RE:" section of the post quotes https://bsky.app/whatever. This is incorrect, and it should quote https://bsky.brid.gy/r/https://bsky.app/whatever. The bridge URL should be quoted even if the original post is not bridged, so that if the account bridges itself at a later date, the quoted post can be retrieved automatically by the requesting instance and the quoting post will already be quoting the correct post without need for editing.

The RE: ... text in the post is just for users. The actual quote post metadata is in the AP object, in multiple formats: FEP-e232 (which predates Mastodon's FEP-044f by years), _misskey_quote, and quoteUrl. Those all have the correct AP id of the quoted post.

We're tracking supporting Mastodon's FEP-044f quote approvals in #1956. Fortunately afaik Mastodon itself supports FEP-e232 (and maybe the others?), but afaik only for quoting yourself. They require approval stamps for quoting anyone else.
