Reply from bridged wafrn user results in notification for un-bridged replies

When a wafrn user replies to a non-wafrn user who is following the @bsky.brid.gy@bsky.brid.gy account, they get a notification that they have un-bridged replies from bluesky, as wafrn automatically bridges their own posts to bluesky.

for example, the following reply (bridged bluesky reply) results in this notification for me:

(the link in the image is the same as the bluesky link I provided)

not sure if this issue is more appropriate for wafrn or for bridgy, so I've opened an issue for both.
