AT handle does not always point to a website

When bridging an Atmosphere account to the Fediverse, the Atmosphere account handle is converted to an HTTPS link and added as a custom profile field, even though there is no website at this URL.

This is an example of how the @lex.aggemam.dk Bluesky account looks when bridged to Mastodon. Note the link to https://lex.aggemam.dk, even though that website does not exist (no A or CNAME record).

Good point! I guess we could try to fetch handles over HTTP(S) and only include them as account links if they serve.
