Enhance reports on Exception

[kchiron]

widget_stdout_reporter and widget_test_run_summary reporter classes don't display a undestandable output when Exception occured during the test run.

Neither error nor stacktrace are displayed and test results are indicated as PASSED instead of FAILED.
