[Feature Request] Support for adjusting game difficulty

There are some optional rules for Adjusting Game Difficulty by the rulebook, namely Staged Mythos and Starting Rumor. Would it be possible to support this? A rudimentary solution like putting 3 Mythos decks in the gameboard after starting would be better than nothing (and allow for more custom game type!), but full-on solution would be great.

Staged Difficulty

Players can make the game’s difficulty increase in stages by building stage I of the Mythos deck using only easy Mythos cards, building stage II of the Mythos deck using only normal Mythos cards, and building stage III of the Mythos deck using only hard Mythos cards.
To increase the difficulty of this optional rule, players can use normal blue Mythos cards when building stage I of the Mythos deck and hard blue Mythos cards when building stage II of the Mythos deck. Players may also start with an easy blue Mythos card in play following the “Starting Rumor” rule in the Eldritch Horror Reference Guide.

Starting Rumor

If players want a greater challenge, they may choose to begin the game with one starting Rumor Mythos card. After setup, draw one unused Rumor Mythos card from the game box and place it in play. Resolve any “When this card enters play,” effects, as well as the Place Rumor Token icon (if it appears on the card). Do not spawn Clues from the Rumor’s Spawn Clues icon.
