404 not found from PMT Noise page

When clicking ratdb upload log file I get a 404 Not Found.

It looks like that log functionality was removed from the noise processor back in June (in an anonymous PR) when switching to use to the RATDB python module, in favor of a few lines added to the nearline job log. Easiest fix is to add a little more debug info to that log, and point this button there.
