ORCA hangs when handing over with triggers enabled at low voltage

In order to reproduce:
1) Enable triggers on any crate at low voltage.
2) Save and close Orca
3) Open Orca and you should see a message:  "Crate 11 HV is not at nominal voltage, but triggers are currently enabled"
4) Click "Yes" to disable to the triggers
Then Orca hangs. I found clicking "No" allowed you to get rid of the message(s) and then you can just turn off triggers the normal way.
