Upgrading the project to GHC 8.6.4 or 8.2.2 #339
Description
I did an upgrade of the project in my fork to GHC 8.6.4 and 8.2.2
Could someone have a look if they can get the Snowdrift build errors fixed for them?

I would recommend trying to fix the errors on branch GHC 8.6.4. I don't think this would be too difficult for someone skilled with Haskell.
If no-one has time I will do this eventually, but not right now since I am busy with another project.
