Standardize the name of all projects

Align all the projects and file naming so their content is easy to identify:
Example: Concourse CI file name does not explain the type of integration in it

Suggested naming convention:
<type: scripted/declarative><language: dotNET/Node/Java...><Type: npm/plugin/binary>

Also have a convention for subfolders so it's easier to browse
