Publish App version for snyk-monitor Helm chart [🙏]

Describe the user need
At the moment the helm chart provides information on chart version only which is difficult to map to corresponding app version.

$ helm search repo snyk-charts/snyk-monitor --versions

Describe expected behaviour
Please could the the app version also included into Helm chart ?

Additional context
This is to follow Helm best practices and make it more transparent for end users the version of app to be installed.
