What I'm showing is more of a proof of concept for introducing video transcripts into the workflow, so I expect this to become outdated quickly.
- Open corresponding room transcript.
- Search transcript for a introduction or something indicating the talk is starting and mark the start timestamp.
- Verify the start timestamp and talk title is correct in the embedded YouTube video.
- Search for the expected end timestamp by calculating how long the talk is (usually 1 hour), and do ctrl+f for "thank" around the expected time the talk should end. Save the end timestamp when you find it.
- Verify the end timestamp is correct in the embedded YouTube video.
- Skim through from start to end of the video and note down abnormalities and their timestamps. i.e. No audio, camera out of shot, no slides.
