backup and shutdown legacy web host

Now that we've cutover to the new drupal10 website (www-prod.socallinuxexpo.org) we should snapshot and shutdown the old machine so that we aren't burning money.

As mentioned in slack, the naming here is inconsistent and the elastic IPs seem to imply different things, so it's unclear what's what.

Please, as the person who did the cut over and has the context:

• Make sure the prod host has an elastic IP
• Rename the non-prod host to "-old"
• Run shutdown -h now on said old host

Once that's done and things are in a clear and consistent state, report back here, and I will:

• Snapshot
• Decomission
• Ensure hostnames match EC2 machine names.
