Website not suitable for kiosk

In its current state, unlike the previous edition of the website, there are many places you can click to escape from the main payment and "buy tickets" section. This is only suitable for users at home buying from the comfort of their own machine, whereas the kiosk at the event needs a more confined page that doesn't refer to any external links the user could click to navigate away.
