Go client support for socket.io

Hey team,

So basically, I was working on a project, where i wanted two clients to talk through a middleware socket server.

• One client was simply a Next.js browser client.
• And the other was a Go client.

So, I went ahead and looked out if there's any golang implementation for socket.io client, but then after trying a lot of unofficial clients out, no one was stable enough to be used in production.

Proposal:
I'm proposing that maybe a new official stable client can be developed for golang and I'll be contributing to it a lot if that ever happens. Heck I can even lead the thing, if that works with you guys.
