Reforger server 1.6 and all its issues. Path changes and mods

I am currently attempting to get our Arma Reforger server working again after the horribly bad 1.6.x update which broke all use of server mods. So far I can only use a generic, mod-free server as RHS and WCS mods are not working.

I did notice some server path changes.
The path for the session saves appears to be:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Arma Reforger Server\saves\profile.save\game\F45C6C15D31252E6-27-GM-Cain\playthrough000\savepoint140"

Instead of:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Arma Reforger Server\saves\profile.save\sessions"

However copying the json to the old path does not appear to load / work properly.
If you have 1.6 server working with RHS / WCS mods it would be nice to know how. Thanks!
