Issue/Feature Description:
Implement CRUD API for MongoDB to manage metadata

• POST: store metadata to mongoDB
• GET: retreive metadata from mongoDB
  • Apply filter
  • Apply offset etc.
• Delete: delete metadata from mongoDB
• UPDATE: update metdata in mongoDB
