[GCP][Strato] object having space character in name download ,copy , delete object operations are failing

@subi9 Issue/Feature Description:
In Strato for object having space character in name download ,copy , delete object operations are failing for GCP.
Why this issue to fixed / feature is needed(give scenarios or use cases):

How to reproduce, in case of a bug:

• Install Strato either from the common or separate installer
• Create a backend for GCP - gcpb1
• Create a bucket for the backend - bucket-gcp-joseph
• Upload an Object with space character in object name
• Try downloading / deleting / copying the object

Other Notes / Environment Information: (Please give the env information, log link or any useful information for this issue)

• Observed in Strato : 1.7.2 (most probably earlier versions too)
• Only for GCP backends
