Lightweight local interprocess distributor #161
Description
A distributor based on IPC intended for vertical scaling scenarios, i.e. distribute specialized processing (within an agent boundary) that's not primarily constrained by i/o.
Nodejs process channels could be a good underlying. Note that cluster/workers introduce orthogonality in the architectural assumptions that we don't want for that scenario.
