HHsuite databases #387
Description
HHsuite databases provided here http://wwwuser.gwdg.de/~compbiol/data/hhsuite/databases/hhsuite_dbs/ and http://ftp.tuebingen.mpg.de/pub/ebio/protevo/toolkit/databases/hhsuite_dbs/ are not up to date (e.g. PDB, Pfam, ECOD) and some are missing (SMART, TIGRFams, PRK) compared to those available at HHpred webserver https://toolkit.tuebingen.mpg.de/tools/hhpred
Could you please provide a link to the newest and missing databases?
