Problem with displaying page updates

Hello everyone
I wanted to ask you about something that happens to me with oxygen 3.7.1, I create the page I open it on the frontend and the changes I make on the backend I see them. I open them on a tab of chrome or incognito and I still see the changes from yesterday and does not show me the new ones. Do you know how I can solve this?

P.S. I've cleared the browser cache, I've done Regenerate CSS of oxygen, but nothing.

Do you have any plugin or server-side caching in place?

No, i don't. I put the site in localhost and i have same problems

After a few hours of not working on it, it magically recovered... But it's a very strange thing.
