Appears this portion of the widget keeps resetting after applying the params. I didn't see this happen anywhere else on any of the other pages or widgets thus far. This happens on all sites and a clean installation as well.

The styles aren't resetting. After you've clicked "Apply Params", the border styles are still present but they no longer show under All. Instead, you need to select a specific border from the "Currently Editing Border" dropdown box to see the settings.

This is how border controls work in Oxygen.
