Is it possible to have a "static" slide amongst dynamic slides within a Dynamic Slider?

What I'm wanting to do is have the first slide in a stack of dynamic slides to be a "static" slide that doesn't utilize queries/repeater styling for population. I would want this slide to have its own styling and assortment of modules if possible.

I'm not sure if this is a super basic question, or if this type of implementation is difficult. I've been searching around and watching videos all day and I can't seem to be able to come up with a strategy to achieve this functionality.
