Editor: Content Text Area field not displaying correctly

Hello,

Ever since I updated to 3.8.1, the content text area in the editor does not display like it's supposed to. See image below.

I am also using the Oxy Toolbox plugin and I tried disabling it but that did not fix the issue.

How can I fix this?
