Wordpress Templates made with Oxygen builder

Hello.

Where can we find wordpress templates that are based on Oxygen builder?

There are plently of templates for wordpress made with Elementor or Divi, that we can buy on themeforest, several thousands, but I find only 2 made with Oxygen possibly:

These themes should be fully compatible with a specific version of Oxygen, so that we can edit them afterwards completely and modify them very easily.
The advantage of this is that we can buy such a theme, where everything is already designed with proper colors, displays, animations, buttons, texts, an so forth, and we even do not need to use Oxygen at all. Just install the wordpress theme.
Then, if we want, we can use Oxygen so that we can edit this ready to use theme.

I think that this is really missing as it could be sold and used a lot by people, especially as Oxygen seems to provide very small sizes of pages, which is such important for PageSpeed Index.

I don't know how this could combine with the license, and if a new license should be made so that this can become possible. Maybe another pricing model, or whatever is needed, but such themes would be more than welcome. Maybe that for this type of themes based on Oxygen, and that are sold, a part of it could come back to the dev team if it is well thought.
I think that more and more people are not willing to create their own theme with website builders, but buy a theme that is fully compatible with one of them, so they can edit it if needed, and they are ready to pay something like $30 or $50 once, per site, or $15 per year maybe. It would be very competitive.
