WordPress Menu Not Render In Oxygen Page Builder Pro Menu

I am working on WordPress eCommerce multisite and I want to add a pro menu to my site but problem is that the oxygen page builder pro menu doesn't render the WordPress menu.

I think I'm having the same error. I am using Oxygen on a multisite for the first time ever and in the ProMenu component options the dropdown to select the corresponding Wordpress menu is blank.
