Getting 500 Error on Templates with New 3.8 Beta

Hey guys,
Anyone experiencing this 500 error only when editing templates?.
I have tried EACH and every step here https://oxygenbuilder.com/documentation/troubleshooting/troubleshooting-guide/
It was only solved by downgrading.

Check your server's error logs. A 500 error should have a verbose description in the server error log. If you're not sure where to find the error log, contact your host and they should be able to help you out. Once you know what the error actually is, it's generally easy to identify a fix.

So V3.8 also has an issue with the new FluentCRM version released today.

Thanks for sharing the details. It does look like 3.8 beta 1 is breaking third party conditions in some cases. We'll investigate.

I added conditions using CodeSnippets. Maybe they're different from those added by plugins.

Ah I thought you said "it doesn't look like"... Sure most welcome, it also has several other issues I didn't get the time to report.
