Working on a napari-trackpy plugin

Hi all,

I'm working on a napari-trackpy plugin

So far all it does is identify and put spots layers into napari.

In the future, I'll work with linking/tracks and how to save the data with the plugin.

Let me know if it's okay to name the plugin like this and to use trackpy libraries with it.

I am very late to this, but I love this! When I was a more active trackpy developer and user, I used trackpy mostly in Jupyter notebooks, and it was painful, and the first time I saw napari I thought, "This is what I wanted to have for trackpy." Really nice to see someone pick that up!

I see that https://github.com/soft-matter/trackpy/issues is openly licensed; I think that's the most important thing. I am supportive of the name.
