Correlation between script results and Kasa app

I am trying to figure out the correlation between the values I get run {"emeter":{"get_realtime":{}}} and the values I see in the app. Also, what is the relationship with {"emeter":{"get_vgain_igain":{}}}?

For example, can anyone explain these values and how they are used to show the results in Kasa app?
