Describe the bug

The Multi-select dropdown doesn't receive focus when navigating with the Tab key.

To Reproduce

1. Place the Multi-select dropdown component in a form alongside other components.
2. Use the Tab key to navigate through the form.

Expected behavior

The Multi-select dropdown should receive focus with the Tab key.
Pressing Enter after focusing should open the dropdown.
Arrow keys should allow navigation and selection within the dropdown, whether it’s grouped or not.
