Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The navigation component now has a compact state where item titles are hidden. To align with the new design, we need to add a title at the top of the menu, including in the compact state.
Describe the solution you'd like
The Navigation component should be updated to always display a main title at the top.
- A new title element should be added within the component's main container, above the list of menu items.
- This title must remain visible and in place when the component switches between its expanded and compact states.
- The styling of the title should match the new design specifications.
