Describe the bug

The Scrollbar component extends beyond the defined edges or boundaries of its parent containerThe Scrollbar component extends beyond the defined edges or boundaries of its parent container

To Reproduce

1. Render a component inside a container with a fixed height and width.
2. Scroll to the start of container.

Expected behavior

The Scrollbar component must be strictly confined within the calculated boundaries of its intended container. It should not cause any overflow or visible extension beyond the parent element's content box, border, or padding. The scroll track and thumb should visually align with the inner edge of the container.
