Firewall Create command

Add an easy way to order firewalls from the CLI. Each of these might need their own issue depending on how complicated it is.

1. Multi Vlan Firewalls

2. Single Server Firewalls

I dont think single vlan firewalls exist anymore, so we can kinda ignore that.

Well, theres already a slcli firewall add command, so we just need to improve it to make sure it has all the options present in the portal, and actually works.

Need to remove the vs firewall option as well.
